Does my Health CARD cover my Medication, Hospital Bills and Doctor Consultation?
Yes. The Health CARD does not have limitation on these Services, our collaboration with Healthcare Providers, enables the Holder of the CARD access to these facilities without any form of payment or financial transaction for these services.
How do I get my Health CARD?
Your first meal with KFW get your registered with Healthcare Provider and KFW pays the Premium on your behalf to the Healthcare Provider on credit, and you are to activate the Card by using it to pay for your meal after the Card is issued, and you are required to be loyal to KFW By having your meals 4 times in a month or at least once in a week. This is for the repayment of the Premium paid on your behalf on credit and in extending healthcare to members of your family.
Can my spouse and Children use my Health CARD?
No. Your spouse and 1-4 Children will be issued their Health CARD each, and your children have to be less than 19 years old.
Is there another way of obtaining or getting the Health CARD?
Yes. When you order for our party service, your spouse and 1-4 children are issued Health CARD respectively at the same time.
Is the Healthcare Account compulsory for all customers?
No, But the cost of Healthcare is embedded in every meal we serve, and it gives you the opportunity to extend the healthcare to someone else If you don’t need it, you are allow to extend it to one adult and children less than 19 years old.
For how long can one use the Health CARD ?
The Health CARD carries 5 years, however the Healthcare policy
must be renewed every 12 calendar months from the date of issue.
However, renewal is automatic from your loyalty of having your meals 4 times every month.
What happens to my Healthcare Account if I couldn’t continue my loyalty of having my meals 4 times every month ?
Your Healthcare account will still exist but the Card will be disabled and will be reminded of your loyalty an to make up the premium paid on your behalf and family.
How do I use the CARD during Health Issues?
The CARD is to be presented to the hospital attendance, the list of these hospitals closer to you will be issued with the health Card(s) . We advise you registered with hospital you will be visiting regularly for your house Doctor.
In the case of emergency, you can use the Card at any of the hospital On the list closer to you during such a case of emergency.
Hence, we advise you carry your Health CARD with you always, for Health Issues does not give notice.
What if the Health Issues require to be flown abroad for treatment?
We will use the full force of the collective power of collaboration to do that In order to save life.
